CALL FOR PROPOSALS - INVITATION TO THE INTERNATIONAL MEETING

From Lake Titicaca reflect on life and the Pachamama

"Closing the cycle of the timelessness and receiving the

new cycle; time of balance and harmony of the

Mother earth (Pachakuti)"

(20 to 22 December 2012 - Lake Titicaca - Bolivia)

Convinced that; We are all, we are a big family with everything there is in the whole or Qhon Tiki (Big bang), therefore we can say that the Sun is our father and the Moon our mother, because our parents and grandparents taught us to see: up, down, left and right, front and back to understand and learn from everything that happens in our environment since there are many languages in constant motion.

Feeling that; is a need and demand develop the feeling and understanding of the entire unit. The science of the peoples of the world were buried and ignored by Western civilization and culture. Listening to our brothers of the culture of life of entire Laya.

Assuming that; Maya science, made reality in your calendar, revealed in advance the term of cycles short (5. 125 years) and long (25.625 years) this coming December 21 and the alignment of the drawing of our solar system with the plane and center of our Galaxy considered the mother cosmic, marking the beginning of a new era or Galactic day.

Understanding; the science of the Lakota who tells us: "..."When the Earth is dying, when humanity is in chaos, when you are at the edge of the abyss, "warriors of the Rainbow" will emerge strong from the South, to restore balance and harmony to mother earth. They put their faith in actions, not words... ".""The time that we need those who preserve the traditions, legends, rituals, myths and all the old customs of peoples", so they show us how to recover health, harmony and respect for life. Well, the Hopi people prophesied: "..."When mother earth is sick and animals are disappearing, then reach a tribe with people from all cultures that believe in facts and not in words, and help restore the ancient beauty of the land. They will be known as the Warriors of the Rainbow... "."

Retrieving; the message of Chief Seattle, who said: "... How is it possible to buy or sell the sky or the heat of the Earth?" If we are not masters of the freshness of the air, or the reflection of the water, how could buy it? Every particle of this earth is sacred to indigenous peoples, each bright needle pine, every grain of sand from the beaches, every drop of dew of gloomy forests, each game, each insect hum... are sacred in memory and experience. The SAP moves up through the trees, carries with it the memory of the history of peoples...Our ancestors never never forget this wonderful land, because she is our mother. We are part of the Earth and she is part of us. Scented flowers, flame, deer, horse, puma, the great condor and the Eagle are our brothers. The imposing snowy and rocky peaks, wet meadows, heat from the body of the Colts and men, we are all of the same family... "."

Collecting; the Tiwanakuta of the peoples Aymaras and Quechuas wisdom described in the "Puerta del Sol" and the Quri kancha, which coincide with the arrival of this new time-space and means social and environmental changes as an opportunity for humanity.

Meditating; next to the message of the Coca Leaf, which makes hundreds of years, we were warned about the benefits and dangers of this sheet. We were told that for us we naturally use the coca, this will be strength and life, removed sleep and fatigue, will give vitamins and will relieve hunger and thirst, but when search Western man of gold used unnaturally, will happen the opposite, their juice is nasty and degenerador Vice. We will be a spiritual nourishment, they will cause idiocy and madness. Losing; fear of the number 13 and its meaning, since it is the unity of the Trinity, is the amount of full and new moons in the year; marking the true natural calendar, the sum of its digits gives us the number of our Chakana, sacred code of tetralectica of our worldview and our peoples. 13, Tenth third maize for the Maya, is the number of the duality and complementarity.

Reflecting; We are jaguar, River star, mountain, butterfly, condor, Eagle, Ant, qulila, urphila, we are nature, that we are just a small part of the cosmos, that we must work the consensus, the balance, the auto complementation and wise respect for our identity diferent-same to all other diferente-semejante identity individually or collectively. We are aware that every one has to develop its own Auto-Pachakuti in its individuality to be a unit with the Pachakuti which will deepen and expand the next summer solstice.

Guiding; by the way have told us our ancestors our ancestors, our ancestors, our martyrs, guided by ourcodes, our symbols, our Wak' ACE, our father Sun, our mother earth and all the energies of the new Pachakuti.

Finding us; in the Bolivian Andes in South America in Lake Titicaca where shall rest energy of the Golden flame with radiation rose, Ray light female, deepening the vibration of the seven rays as well showing the arrival of the era of light, the era of women and of the mother, the era of sensitivity and lighting.

Decoding; the writings of the wisdom of the ages, saved in the Himalayas, in the East; and now they come to enhance the spiritual spotlights in our Aby Ayala Andes mountains. The spiritual promise for those pilgrims students of life, which from now on will be attracted by the South to illuminate for the holistic wisdom that radiate from the sacred Lake.

For women and men, we are similar - different, duality further we can decrease our dichotomous views, learning from women to become more similar than different, to guide us more by the right hemisphere of the brain, that only by the left hemisphere, so that we can more guided by the heart than for the reason, finding the harmony between all and all, complementarity and living well from the ancestral values of coexistence with the Pacha.

Making a call; from the heart of the Andes, from culture of life and the Warriors of the Rainbow, in times of the timelessness, but close to the millennial dawn, picking up feeling, thinking and saved knowledge, both the "wrinkles in our grandparents', Amautas and Apus, as our"book of stones", picking up the perseverance of our sister Ant, the strength of the mountains, by once again opening the wings of our condors, the energy of our rivers, the breeze of our flowers and plants.

With the global crisis from the culture of life, since the social movements, since the insurgents we welcome and call on everyone, to find us and meet us in this new energy centre of the mother
Land, such as the sacred Lake of the Tiwanakutas of the Inkas from Wiñay Marka (people eternal) Lake Titicaca to continue reflecting on our being, on our mission, our behaviour, our actions, meditating on life and our Pachamama.

To participate in the big meeting; the deepening and enlargement of the Pachakuti; because the vital energy of the planet is moving home and this next to reach Lake Titicaca again for another 3,600 years, being on its way this energy generating processes of change by the places where passing, which at first may seem dramatic but that complete harmonization and returning to balance all at a higher than the original vibration. The custodians of all peoples and the Mayans say that this vital energy will end his pilgrimage that began in Tibet, in Lake Titicaca, on 21 December of the year 2012 and the hectic which is the region and the world, can be understood that it has generated processes of change.

Calling you; We invite you, we call you to be together, reconnect us to the Pasha, to be ourselves, and govern us codes themselves, to return to our path, to naturalize us and be again "qhapaq" or "qamiris" (people who live well and no better). To sensitize us to feel and hear the roar of the jaguar in the Green jungle to find and receive messages of the wise and wise men, leaders, youth and leaders of our peoples and consolidate our dream the meeting of the Condor with the Eagle and return to living well with identity, balancing consensus and complementarity, to receive the new dawn.

Bolivia promulgates the law of mother earth

Armony and balance with nature.
The Bolivian President, Evo Morales, promulgated the law of mother earth and development to live well, which aims to seek comprehensive development in harmony and balance with nature. Morales stressed that if does not preserve nature, mother earth, Pachamama, the environment or whatever it is called; If not cared for, there is no life.

The new legislation guarantees the continuity of generation of components and systems of life on mother earth, recovers and strengthens the local knowledge and ancestral knowledge.

According to the representative the Bolivian people should consider work to live, not to become rich, but to have what they need. He explained that the main debate is how preserving mother earth, both internally and externally.
This law introduces the ancient Indian concept of nature as a living being, of which human beings are one creature, and we do not mistreat the nature, because it is more important than us, because you have the right to live.
The Bolivian Vice President Álvaro García said is a beautiful Act that was born out of social organizations, which includes the mode of thinking and living First Nations, into the Bolivian and Bolivian law.
Garcia recalled that there are currently capitalist interests who supposedly want to defend nature but that attempt to actually make money with their strategies.
He spoke about the so-called green capitalism and noted that many national parks in Bolivia and in Latin America are protected by companies that receive money to implement such a policy. They have taken over our forests, which is another form of colonialism, and we want to become caretakers of the forest, he stressed.

Added that in the indigenous territory and Park national Isiboro - Secure (Tipnis) has become what groups or non-governmental organizations supposedly protectors of the environment take the State and those who want to enter there, but actually what they do is make money, that is called capitalism green, stressed.

Our law says we are going to live in balance and complementarity with nature; We are going to take care of the forests and the Amazon, but for us, not for the Yankees, he said.

The new law declares the right to use the resources, but without squandering, so that communities meet their basic needs, without destroying the environment.
