The 2010's earthquake , of 8.8 degrees on the Richter scale and the subsequent tsunami that left millions of victims in a stretch of 600 kilometers of extension, destroyed 80 percent of the houses in Boyeruca which is a coastal town in Vichuquén, to the South of Santiago, Chile, on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. The Chilean judicial authority was forced to revoke the measure of prison's Eric Montoya and Rodrigo Montoya, two of the Mapuche Indians from Wente Winkul Mapu, who been two months on hunger strike.

The Court now says that there is insufficient evidence in the process against the two young men, however they change the prison by the measure of house arrest.
